Racism is a powerful and dehumanizing force that oppresses people of color in the United States. With race-related incidents on the rise in recent years, many individuals and institutions are seeking a greater understanding of the dynamics of ‘racism’.

 

   Indiana Racial Equity Trainers is a group of diverse, experienced and professionally trained facilitators that hold workshops for groups that want to learn more about the history of racism in the United States, and how it continues to impact society today. The desired outcome is that, after a workshop, each person will take part in working towards racial equity at home, the workplace, and in any organization that a person is involved with.
